Rules & Policies

Welcome to On The Rocks RV Resort. To ensure a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that everyone follow the rules and guidelines below. By staying with us, you agree to uphold these standards and help us maintain the clean, friendly environment we’re known for.
 

1. Check‑In & Check‑Out

  • Check‑In: 1:00 PM

  • Check‑Out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available upon request.
     

2. Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

  • No loud music, disruptive noise, or generators during these times.

  • Please be considerate of neighbors at all hours.
     

3. Respect for the Land

  • Keep your site clean and tidy at all times.

  • Dispose of all trash in designated cans or dumpsters.

  • Do not leave trash, food, or waste outside overnight.

  • Help us maintain a clean, well‑kept environment for everyone.
     

4. Safety Rules

  • Safety is our top priority.

  • The pond is not for swimming.

  • Follow all posted signs and guidelines throughout the property.

  • Children must be supervised at all times.

  • Speed limit inside the park is 5 MPH.

  • No fireworks, firearms, or dangerous activities on the property.
     

5. RV & Site Requirements

  • All RVs must be in good working condition and free of leaks.

  • Sewer connections must be properly sealed using a tight-fitting connector.

  • Keep all hoses, cords, and personal items neatly arranged within your site.

  • Do not alter or damage landscaping, utilities, or park property.
     

6. Amenities

  • Please report any issues immediately.

  • Water is for personal use only—no washing vehicles or filling large containers unless approved.

  • Tables will be proved

  • Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings (if provided).

  • Never leave a fire unattended.

  • Follow all burn bans or fire restrictions when in effect.

  • (Grills not included) must be used safely and kept away from structures and vehicles.​

7. Pets

  • Leash required outside of dog park 

  • Clean up after your pets immediately.

  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior is not permitted.

8. Campfires & Grilling

  • Campfires are allowed only in designated fire rings (if provided).

  • Never leave a fire unattended.

  • Follow all burn bans or fire restrictions when in effect.

  • Grills must be used safely and kept away from structures and vehicles.

9. Visitors

  • Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors.

  • Visitors must follow all park rules.

  • Overnight visitors must be registered with the office.

10. Parking & Vehicles

  • Park only in designated areas or within your assigned site.

  • Do not block roads, other sites, or access points.

  • No vehicle repairs or oil changes on the property.

  • ATVs, dirt bikes, and other off‑road vehicles may be premitted (must follow 5 mph rule).

11. Trash & Waste Disposal

  • Use only the provided trash cans or dumpsters.

  • Do not leave trash outside your RV.

  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly—do not throw them on the ground.

  • Dumping gray or black water on the ground is strictly prohibited.

12. Behavior & Conduct

  • We promote a friendly, respectful atmosphere.

  • Disorderly conduct, excessive drinking, illegal activity, or harassment will not be tolerated.

  • The park reserves the right to remove any guest who violates rules or disrupts the peace.

13. Liability

  • Guests stay at their own risk.

  • On The Rocks RV Resort is not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or damage to personal property.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to park property.

​

14. Long‑Term Stays

  • Long‑term guests may be subject to additional guidelines.

  • Sites must remain clean, uncluttered, and well‑maintained at all times.
